Full-broadcast Torginol flake with a polyaspartic topcoat. Hides imperfections, hundreds of blends, most garages one to two days on site. From $5 per sq ft.
Polished concrete

How it works
1. Free on-site estimate. We measure, check the slab for moisture and cracks, and you pick colors from real samples in your own garage. Written quote within 48 hours.
2. Prep. Diamond grinding, crack and joint repair, vacuum clean. Prep is most of the work and all of the longevity.
3. Install. Primer, base coat, flake or metallic, polyaspartic topcoat. Most flake garages are one to two days on site.
4. Cure and park. Walk on it in hours, park on it in a couple of days. We leave care instructions and Walt’s cell number.

Contractors and facility managers
J&G is a bid-ready resinous flooring subcontractor. Two systems make up most of our commercial work.
Self-leveling urethane cement with integral cove base. NPI 903SL, poured at 1/8 to 3/16 inch with a quartz broadcast, over a 903CB cove base installed first so the wall-to-floor joint is seamless. It is the floor for commercial kitchens, food and beverage plants, breweries, bakeries and wash-down areas: takes thermal shock and hot wash-down up to 200 F, unaffected by freeze-thaw, tolerant of slab moisture that would lift an epoxy, cures down to 45 F, foot traffic in 12 hours, heavy service in 24.
Concrete overlays that polish. When a slab is too patched, pitted or worn to polish, we pour a polishable self-leveling overlay and grind, densify and polish it like new concrete. Same look, same low maintenance, on a floor that could not take it before.
We bid the specified system from any manufacturer and install it as written, or offer the NPI equivalent with data sheets when it saves money.
